Welcome to the Jameson Acreage!

Have you ever walked into someones home and immediately felt warm, comfortable, and welcomed? This feeling is what we aimed to create at the Jameson Acreage! The Jameson Acreage design was inspired by rustic & traditional elements, lots of texture, and cozy colours that make you feel right at home when you walk in.

For the palette in this home we focused on warm wood tones mixed with a cool greys and blues throughout the home. We wanted to make sure the Jameson Acreage felt like a space that this client wanted to call home for years to come. Adding different textures to the space like rustic brick and stone creates an overwhelming sense of home that we can’t get enough of. So, now that you’ve seen the inspiration, let’s take a look at the home!

The Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of the home and that reigns true for the traditional and warm kitchen at the Jameson Acreage.

The kitchen features beautiful wooden cabinetry from Kitchen Kraft complete with a blue/grey island that compliments the neutral colour palette in this home perfectly. Every aspect of this kitchen was meticulously chosen from the Cafe™ Professional appliances to the brick look tile backsplash to the gold hardware.

Take a look at some of our favourite elements in the space. In this space even the littlest details were top of mind. The cooktop is complete with a gold pot filler to match the rest of the hardware and the wall plugs and switches were installed in a classic black to better match the colours and vibes in the space.

The Living Room

Whether you love to entertain or you’re a homebody that loves a good place to relax, a cozy living room is key!

The living areas at the Jameson Acreage are nothing short of warm and inviting.

One of our team and our clients favourite parts of this space was the fireplace! Complete with stone and a wooden mantle, how could you not feel cozy sitting by this fireplace? Another aspect of the design we love is the wooden beam details on the ceiling. These beams are such a beautiful aspect of the design that help make the space unique and give off more of a traditional cottage feel that we love!

The Bathrooms

From the ensuite bathroom to the main baths, each space has a uniquely homey style that make these space the ultimate place to get ready or to get unready and unwind!

There is NOTHING like a free-standing tub to make a bathroom feel luxurious! This is definitely one of our favourite aspects of the ensuite bath. We are also loving the look of the matte black hardware and fixtures in the bathrooms to help carry the style of the home through to the bathrooms.

Throughout the bathrooms in this home, we used a mixture of warm, dark wood and cool blue to create a traditional style with a modern flare. The bathroom is one of the most highly used rooms in a home, so why not make it beautiful?

The Round Up

The Jameson Acreage is one of our favourite style of homes to create! After all, traditional farmhouse is the Trademark trademark ;) We love this home style and are loving that we are still seeing this type of home as a trend in 2022!
