This cozy home has all of the elements needed to create a warm and welcoming space! From the patterned tiles to the neutral colours, this space has the perfect mixture of modern and traditional elements that makes this home the ultimate modern farmhouse.
We believe a home should embody it's owner and all of the things that make them unique, and The Seib Acreage is no exception! We worked with this family to find the perfect balance between beautiful and fun. Each detail holds its own yet fits seamlessly together. The kids room have just the right amount of whimsy while the main living areas such as the kitchen and living area are charming and inviting.

The Kitchen
The heart and soul of this home is definitely the kitchen! The space was created for making memories that will last a lifetime.
The kitchen features a simple style with lots of neutral colours that help give the space an elegant and timeless look. The kitchen island features a pop of grey in the cabinetry to contrast the white walls, cabinets, and tile backsplash in this kitchen, but we love how the two tones come together in a way that creates a buttery soft and inviting feeling.
The touches of metal throughout the space also help give this home that perfect modern farmhouse feel! From the pendant light fixture over the island to the black metal hardware to the stainless steel appliances, this industrial detail is sprinkled all throughout this dream kitchen!
The Bathroom
Elegant and simple style is carried through from the living areas into the master bathroom with creamy colours and patterns that have us swooning!
But seriously, can we talk about this stunning penny tile flooring? The black and white theme is carried throughout the space with creamy white cabinetry, simply white paint from Benjamin Moore, and glossy white tile backsplash. We can’t get enough of the sleek and clean look of this bathroom oasis!
The space is laid out in a unique and functional way with the toilet hidden away behind a private door and a spacious vanity positioned across from the beautiful free-standing tub and shower making getting ready in the morning or unready at bedroom a breeze!
Bedrooms
For both Mom & Dad and the kids, the bedroom designs are where we had a little bit more fun with playful patterns and colours!
The bedrooms at The Seib Acreage exude a cozy feel that just makes you want to curl up in bed with a good book! While we still kept it neutral in these spaces, there is no space like a bedroom to express yourself and your personal style. Don’t be afraid to ave fun with it!
The kids bedrooms are fun and whimsical with a subtle pop of colour and lots of playful patterns throughout. These rooms are imaginative and create the perfect palette for this family to express themselves!
The Round Up
The Seib Acreage is one of our favourite projects to date! The design is elegant and timeless, yet still inviting and exciting. Every space from the kitchen to the bathroom to the bedrooms are unique in there ow way yet they fit together seamlessly. We love that these clients weren’t afraid to play with patterns and that you could see their person style come through throughout the entire home.
